TERMS OF SERVICE Effective: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Saed Younis, an individual developer operating the Bubbles app ("Bubbles", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Bubbles mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bubbles is a location-based social application that lets people discover and join nearby "bubbles" (real-world events and places), chat, and meet others in the moment. Because the Service can lead to real-world interactions with people you do not know, please read the "Your Safety" and "User Conduct" sections carefully.

  1. ELIGIBILITY (17+) You must be at least 17 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Bubbles you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and, where required by law for your age, that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 17 to use the Service, and we will terminate accounts we determine to belong to an underage user.

  2. YOUR ACCOUNT • You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. • Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at saedyounis95@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. • You may not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. • One person, one account. Do not create accounts by automated means.

  3. USER CONTENT "User Content" means anything you post, send, or share through the Service — messages, photos, voice notes, profile details, bubble descriptions, and similar. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Saed Younis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license ends when your User Content or your account is deleted, except for content others have re-shared, content retained in backups for a limited period, or where retention is required by law.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.

  1. USER CONDUCT AND ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY Bubbles has a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree that you will NOT, and will not attempt to: • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or discrimination. • Sexualize, endanger, or target minors in any way. • Harass, stalk, intimidate, dox, or share the private information of any person. • Impersonate others, spam, phish, run scams, or engage in fraud. • Solicit money, promote commercial activity, or sell goods or services without our written permission. • Distribute malware, attempt to breach security, scrape, or interfere with the Service. • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Our Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to all use of the Service.

  1. REPORTING, BLOCKING, AND MODERATION Bubbles provides tools inside the app to keep the community safe: • REPORT — you can report any message, photo, profile, bubble, or user directly from the app. • BLOCK — you can block any user at any time; blocking prevents further contact and hides their content from you. • MODERATION — bubble owners, admins, and moderators can mute, warn, remove, or ban participants within their bubbles.

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and act on them, typically within 24 hours. Where we find a violation, we may remove the content and eject, suspend, or permanently ban the responsible user, without prior notice. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law. Filing knowingly false reports is itself a violation of these Terms.

  1. YOUR SAFETY (REAL-WORLD MEETINGS) Bubbles can connect you with people you do not know and can lead to meeting in person. Saed Younis does not conduct criminal-background or identity checks on users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. Always use good judgment: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, do not share sensitive personal or financial information, and stop any interaction that makes you uncomfortable. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

  2. LOCATION Core features rely on your device location to show nearby bubbles and to determine whether you are inside one. Your live presence and location are shared with others only while you participate in a bubble, and you can stop sharing at any time using Invisible mode or by disabling location for the app in your device settings.   3. TERMINATION You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including User Content license grants already exercised, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

  4. DISCLAIMERS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF USERS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Saed Younis AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 50.

  6. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saed Younis from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

  7. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Effective" date and, where required, ask you to re-accept within the app before you continue using the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

  8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.

  9. APPLE APP STORE If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, the End User License Agreement and its Apple-specific terms also apply to your use of the app.
